The Hurricane was designed to meet the Street/Strip needs of a broad market segment – owners of Pontiacs who need an intake that will fit under their hood and that will feed 300 cfm cylinder heads. Though the Hurricane has tremendous performance potential it is not being marketed as a replacement for “race” manifolds like the Victor or Warrior.
